Prior to establishing Optima Partners in 2014, Jonathan worked in London within Deloitte’s specialist Risk, Governance and Regulation Practice, from 2001 to 2006, and, from 2006-2014, helped to build the New York office for Kinetic Partners LLP.

He has worked with a wide range of investment management clients, both in the UK and the US, assisting with a variety of governance and regulatory topics. Jonathan has also undertaken several confidential assignments for various regulatory bodies. With a thorough knowledge of both FCA and SEC requirements, Jonathan has built global compliance and regulatory policies and procedures for international fund managers to increase compliance efficiency.

He is experienced in managing mock regulatory examinations, global periodic reviews of systems and controls, and project management, as well as due diligence visits for several UK, US and European third-party money managers on behalf of a leading global multi manager.
